Returns & Exchanges:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Refunds:

Refunds are only issued in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled or if an approved issue has been verified by our team.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing any disputes. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
